How Setup TWRP custom recovery HTC M8

These are the things That I have successfully tried on HTC M8 phone in attempt to install update on the phone.These things may or may not work on your phone.I can't responsible for the results you come up with.Use at your own risk.

My Phone - HTC M8 T mobile(US) , S-OFF ,Unlocked Bootloader ,Not rooted,Super CID

PC - Windows 7 (64) , latest [HTC sync Manager] and Fastboot &Adb tools Installed.

How Setup TWRP custom recovery HTC M8

First of all ,you need to setup the Fastboot tools [HERE is How to] on you PC and install latest HTC sync Manager .your phone bootloader must be unlocked [Here How to] and S-OFF to successfully install TWRP Recovery on your phone. Also you must Enable USB debugging in your phone [HERE is How to] .

1. Download the latest TWRP image file form [HERE].(I have downloaded the twrp-3.0.2-0-m8.img file but if your Frimeware version is old I recommend you should download old TWRP image file)

2. move that file inside the Android Folder (Which we created In [This Tutorial] .

3. put your phone in bootloader mode and select Fastboot (Fastboot USB will Shown on the screen)

4. Connect your phone to the pc and make sure the phone is connected,

(If phone is connected "Fastboot USB" on your phone.)

5.get your PC ready to send the fastboot command by double clicking on Run_Here file in the Android Folder Which we created In [This Tutorial]

2.Type this code in Command Prompet and Hit ENTER .

fastboot flash recovery ImageFileName.img

put your downloaded img file name instead of "ImageFileName.img". In my case the TWRP image file name is "twrp-3.0.2-0-m8.img"

fastboot flush recovery twrp

6.Type this command after that and Hit Enter .This will reboot your phone to Bootloader mode

fastboot reboot-bootloader
7.By using vol+ ,Vol- and power button go to and select "Recovery" in Bootloader mode if you are done it correctly you must get some screen like this.
